NICOLE STAIR, DVM

Dr. Nicole Stair hails from eastern Washington, where she received an undergraduate degree at Whitman College in Walla Walla before earning her DVM from Washington State University.
She did one year of general practice before completing an internship in emergency and critical care. She worked in emergency medicine for the next 9 years, before starting at Urban Animal. Nicole is really excited to be a part of such a talented group of veterinary professionals who strive to give the best care every day (and to get to work during daylight hours!).

Nicole’s family includes her eternally patient husband TJ (it’s hard to be married to a vet!) and their two adorable little boys Jack and Luke, who have taught her more about dinosaurs and sharks than she ever thought possible. The four legged family members include Landry, the oldest and sweetest lab mix ever, and Stewie, who is a naughty feline – seriously, if you have a saucy cat, feel free to commiserate with her. She enjoys volunteering with her kids’ schools, baking ridiculously decadent cakes and brownies, and reading herself to sleep.
